At ArchitEXE, we provide customers with cost-effective and professional design services for residential projects, from single storey extensions through to comprehensive remodelling of existing houses. We’ll complete a detailed measured survey before embarking on your project and will prepare professional scheme drawings to develop a buildable proposal that satisfactorily fulfils the brief.
If you’re looking to undertake works to a listed building, our team will also apply for Listed Building Consent (LBC) from your local planning authority to ensure that your project can commence with the required details prepared.

Whether you’re requiring architectural services for a bespoke self-build project or an established property developer, our team at ArchitEXE can help you to navigate the many hurdles you might encounter when dealing with increasingly complex planning and building regulations for new builds. We will work alongside you every step of the way to try to ensure that your project is completed seamlessly and sustainably and that any budget constraints are given the necessary consideration.
We also offer CML Profession Consultant Certificate (Architect's Certificate) services, so you can ensure that your project will be completed with the required approvals in place.

Arranging a site visit
We will first arrange a suitable time to visit your property to discuss your ideas and proposals, the planning and building regulations process and to discuss our fees. This initial site visit usually takes around 1-hour and is free to clients located within the Exeter area, within a 30-minute travel time from our office in Exmouth.
If your property is located beyond 30-minutes, but within 60-minutes travel time, then an initial site visit fee of £60 is charged to cover additional travel time and cost.
