With over 20 years experience in the industry delivering architectural services direct to homeowners, the business owner, Thomas Shillitoe, a Chartered Architectural Technologist, has built up a wealth of planning, design and construction knowledge to be able to assist on all types of residential project.
Thomas is committed to providing all his clients with informed, honest and realistic advice together with a comprehensive first-class drawing service. With a keen interest in the latest developments in sustainable technologies, as well as finding economical solutions to problems, Thomas seeks to fulfil the project brief and suggest additional or alternative improvements utilising his extensive knowledge.
In 2021 Thomas was joined by Elijah, a CAD technician, who focusses on producing high quality drawing packages for submission as Planning and Building Regulations applications.
The team is currently working on projects throughout Devon, liaising with the relevant Local Authority as required.
Planning and Building Regulations legislation in the UK is constantly changing and the team are dedicated to ensuring that they are up to date with the latest releases so that all applications submitted are accurate and conform to the current standards.
